Funny kids!

Dimitri is so funny. Yesterday he was saying he didn't like something I can't remember what it was but he said. "I don't like the damn....." so of course after Alex and I silently laugh we tell him that damn is a bad word and he shouldn't say that word. He told us that he didn't say it, that he had said HAM....omgosh what a hoot. Smart kid.

Eleni is into the hitting phase too now. When she gets mad...and oh she has her mom's temper...she hits. The more you tell her don't hit, the more she hits. So yesterday I actually put her in timeout for hitting me. SO FUNNY. I sat her down and folded her legs and told her its not ok to hit and walked away. Oh man you would've thought I'd hurt her she cried so hard. Is it too early for timeout?

Finally!!!

I got a call Friday from my cousin Killoe saying he got Alex a job at the oil rig he works at. He starts October 15th and will be working 7 days on and 7 days off. So I'll be down in Salt lake as long as the weather will let me pretty much every other week now. We still don't know where we will settle, his job is in Baggs, Wy until Dec and then in Jan he will work in Rock Springs, WY. We are going to take a drive and check out Pinedale, Rock Springs and some other towns. From what I've heard I would like Pinedale but I'll see once we get there. I'm excited to say I'M QUITTING my job to be a stay-at-home mom like I want.

Weird

So last night Alex put both cats in their room at about 9:30pm. Somehow, someway our cats were crawling on us at 2:00am...either they figured out how to open the doors themselves or something freaky happened. Alex says he shut the door and it opened, so he shut it again and made sure it couldn't open.....WEIRD!!!!
